Return Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Please ensure the product remains unused and in original condition during this period.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund
We accept returns or refunds in the following cases, subject to inspection:
✔ Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- If the product arrives non-functional or damaged.
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Manufacturing Defect
- If a fault is confirmed by our technical team.
- If the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a replacement or refund.
✔ Product Unavailability
If the ordered item cannot be supplied within the committed delivery period, a full refund will be processed.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Accepted with Conditions)
We understand that sometimes plans change. Returns for reasons such as:
- Size being larger or smaller than expected
(Product dimensions are clearly displayed on the product page) - Change of mind
- Personal or family preference
are accepted within the return window, provided:
- The product is unused and in resaleable condition
- Original packaging and accessories are intact

- Return shipping charges apply
- A reasonable restocking fee may be deducted
- If installation was provided and de-assembly is required, service charges may apply
These conditions are standard across most fitness equipment sellers due to handling and logistics costs.
Installation, De-Assembly & Collection
- Installed or assembled products can be returned only if there is a confirmed defect or DOA
- If SKY LAND is requested to handle de-assembly or collection, applicable service charges may apply
Charges will be clearly communicated before processing
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and usage reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Installed fitness machines (after successful installation)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Personal care and wellness products once opened or used
Clearance or promotional items (unless DOA)
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Refund amount equals the product price paid, minus:
- Delivery or installation charges (if applicable)
- Return shipping or service fees (if applicable)
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
Bank processing times may vary and usually reflect in the next billing cycle
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to availability
- Price differences, if any, will be adjusted accordingly
Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns
Repairs & Warranty Support
- Issues reported after the return window are handled under warranty or repair terms
- Repair timelines may vary depending on the product and parts availability
If repair is not feasible, an exchange or store credit may be offered
